Keys a non standard accessory ???

had my car keys stolen in a house break-in , was unable to claim anything for a replacement or to get new keys or the coding of those keys , apparently in a move by their legal team they made a decision (without notifying anyone or releasing it in their disclosure document that keys are a "non-standard accessory" . strange as the car only comes with one option for keys, and is useless without them . "maybe I should just wait til they come back and steal my car" I said. "oh no sir , we would deny ur claim as you have not taken adequate measures to secure the vehicle.
MAGGOTS
would have taken it further but luckily my HOUSE insurance covered most of the cost in replacing the keys.
have had good service re other accident claims however
