Great Customer loyalty and Service

NRMA insurance have flexible payment options to suit individual budgets and they were very helpful when I needed support for a car accident that was not my fault. My only negative comment is their premiums go up slightly up each year. I think a customer who stays insured with them year after year should instead be rewarded with a discount for their loyaltly.
