No problems, however no claims!

I have had no issues with NRMA (car insurance), the rate is competitive and the policy covers all the main issues. However, I have never had a claim, and this is when the policy really shows it's true worth. Insurance is all about evaluating how you are served when something does go wrong (after all, this is why you take on the policy)!
