Absolutely terrible claims service
The worst claims experience i've ever had and i work in insurance myself so i have had a lot of bad experiences.
They outsource their claims team to a call center in the Philippines who have no idea what they are talking about.
Extremely frustrating talking to people who have no clue.
Thanks for making a hard time even harder.
