Distressing...They didn't give a shi*!
Paid premiums for 2 years. Dog had surgery with complications. 6 weeks later after 4 more surgeries we had to have him put down. Submitted claims only to be told they would not pay as it wasn't an 'emergency' or 'accidental'. It was 'elective' surgery to give him quality of life from an anal gland problem. They don't tell you that in the pds or when you ring up. They wouldn't even budge on their decision...happy to take your premiums though!
