customer for almost 15 years and almost left when comparing cost against competitors - fees for monthly direct debit gauge in comparison to competitors plus insurance itself is noticeably more expensive when the only difference is a local call centre during Australian business hours and safe n secure feature. Had to retain the much more expensive option of unlimited replacement as the new maximum capped amount unrealistic (too low) in the current local area for demolish and replacement costs.
