Unlucky if you are with AAMI

1 claim in 15 years, 2nd claim 18 months later and staff were very unprofessional and my wife and I were even told that they felt we had stolen the $1000 worth of items in claim.....they were very hard to deal with. Process took 4 weeks to be told this. Never again. Beware it's not like the ads on TV. Shop around and don't use AAMI.
