Terrible Phone Experience
After receiving a promotional flyer in the mail and currently looking for home & contents insurance I decided to give Coles Home Insurance a call. The first call was answered by someone that I could not understand and that could not understand me. He said he was going to call up the promotional code that I gave him but ended up cutting me off. I tried a second time only to be put on hold and after 15 minutes I gave up. What is going on!!!! It would be wonderful to be able to speak to someone that could under stand English. Are all these calls going off shore or can you speak to someone in Australia that has English as their first language.
