Long phone waits and rude staff
GIO was recommended by a friend to us. However, we found that we had to wait for 20 minutes on the phone before we could speak to an agent, and he was particularly rude and impatient when further press for clarification on certain parts of the policy. We will certainly not be getting a policy with them. I can only imagine what the service be like if I made a claim.
