MY CLAIM EXPERIENCE with {this person} ON 07 APRIL 21:
Hopeless & Incompetent staff member is the reason why I am force to leave GIO after 15 years.

WHAT I RECEIVED FROM THIS INDIVIDUAL SO FAR :
1. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
2. LAZY, ARROGANT & TOTALLY USELESS
3. TIME CONSUMING CONVERSATION THROUGH EMAILS
4. NO BUSINESS & COST SAVING SENSE for GIO
5. ZERO VALUE RETURN FOR A EXPENSIVE POLICY
6. NO TIMELY RESOLUTION
7. CARE FACTOR IS MISSING

WHAT WE GAVE TO GIO :
$250,000 BUSINESS SO FAR :
We had been using GIO for our Cars, Home and content insurance for 15 years ..Close to $250,000 business we have given to GIO.

CONCLUSION:
All due to Lazy, Disgrace-full & incompetent GIO staff member. I have decided to leave this BRAND.

ADVICE :
Dont waist your time money or energy with GIO Staff Members .. JUST LEAVE
