Rude and unhelpful customer care
We had a claim after our house got damaged due to an accidental fire. When we called up the customer care at GIO, they were rude and did not help us. We finally had to go to their office, which was a 20-30 minutes drive from where we lived. After about 3 month of chasing and visits to their office, our claims was finally approved. Not sure why they had to delay us for so long, we had to live uncomfortably for those few months.
