Awesome customer service and communication during claims process
A recent claims process was made very easy by GIO with lots of communication from them every step of the way and follow up communication as well. There were no long hold periods over the phone, the process was easy and straightforward and communicated clearly, and the product replacement was done by a quality provider. The whole process had a very fast turn around and I was impressed by their professionalism.
