I cannot begin to understand the inadequate level of competency the second level of GIO staff members. When I informed them we have been hit by a tornado, and we desperately need a building assessor, we were told that someone would contact us within 2 hours, 7 hours latter, no response, after seeing the disaster team, we were able to get in touch with the insurance team (again) they put an argent request through to GIO who, are sending a 3 party roof tyler??? in 24 hours.
and yes it has started to rain again lets hope our ceiling does not fall on us tonight.
