terrible experience
First person who comes out says yes you are covered completely. Second person says sorry roof leak caused by maintenance issue caused by incorrect installation of flashing. Flashing installed at the time of the building built. 17 years ago. Flashing starts to fail after 16 years and GIO says cannot cover repairs to roof but can cover repairs to internals. Currently sitting with Ombudsman. In the mean time (two months later) I have hired my own plumber to fix roof to ensure plaster ceiling does not collapse.
