Appallingly rude customer service
I have multiple policies with them, car, roadside assist, home and contents and landlord insurance. Never had to make a claim from them until recently, and got rejected. The person on the phone was appallingly rude, and suspects that I was faking damage to my apartment in my claim. It took them 4 months to get back to me for my claim and only to be told was rejected. While I had to pay about 5k out of pocket which is not substantial, but was not a small amount by any means. I am not going to waste my time to fight them over this amount, but they will be losing out on annual premiums of more than 10,000/yr because I will be switching insurers.
