Don't investigate, don't honour policies

Discussed today I have called NRMA to cancel my policies and all Association due to failure to provide service or honour policies! Over 20 years of loyalty and you treat people with ignorance and disrespect

Now to be told that I now have the pay and an additional $30... seconds later it was upped to $65! to this scandalous company
I cannot believe that you are asking me for more money I have made claims which of been denied claims that have been finalised when I never asked, and not followed up. Complaints and enquiries are NEVER FOLLOWED UP!
Evidence, police reports, witness statements, photos... you still deny/finalise/cancel claims NOONE LOOKS AT THE EVIDENCE no one contacts you to even discuss...

I've requested for payments
I've requested for us so much customer service from NRMA and never received it I need to now be asked again to pay extra Money... AGAIN!!!
You have done NOTHING WHEN IVE NEEDED IT
I waited 6 months for them to contact a witness to follow something up... I've now waited 4weeks to followup a portibles claim and nothing still!!!

This company is just hell to deal with... then they put nails in the coffin wanting more money for doing NOTHING!
