Delightful dealing with NRMA

It was a delight dealing with them when I had to make a claim a few months ago. The process was easy, helped by the fact I had receipts and photos of the items that went missing during a break in. The claim was settled within 2 weeks. So my advice to all is always have proof of items, e.g. receipts and photos and save a backup of those documents because you never know when you might need them.
