Ludicrous claiming process
We filed a claim 4 months ago, the first one in 5 years! For water damage to our ceiling due to a leaking roof. I have lost count on the number of phone calls we had to make but we are still waiting for our claim. The number of people that you have to transfer to and deal with and repeat your situation is ludicrous. We had to renew our insurance during all this even though we were completely unhappy with their service because we did not want it to further complicate our claims. But after this we will be going somewhere else.
