Very inefficient claiming process
After submitting a claim with for damage to my home I eagerly awaited the payment. After 12 weeks of waiting and endless number of phone calls I received an email apologising for the delay and to inform me that the payment will be done in next week. Three weeks later I received the payment with another apology letter. In conclusion, very inefficient, but at least I got my money back.
