NRMA Home Insurance

Had a terrrible experience when NRMA were charging us for house insurance on a rental property (that we didn't own) as well as our house which we did (we rang to change our mailing address when we moved interstate into the rental, NOT to add an extra house to the policy). They refused to give us the whole amount back that we were rightfully owed.
The original lady I spoke with was apologetic, promised the situation would be rectified and even offered some vouchers etc, however; as my call was transferred from one person to the next, over a period of weeks, even the vouchers ended up being too much to ask.
NRMA should be ashamed and I urge everyone to double and triple check what the person on the other end of the line is actually doing to your account(s).
