How my family fell victim to a corrupt online travel agency
Made a mistake in our tickets, refused to fix the error and expected us to pay to change our tickets when the mistake was made by a member of their staff.
Would not provide the number to their head office based in the state I live, would not let me speak to a manager. Called everyday for a week with them saying, “we’ll get back to you” and now to gaslighting me and shifting the blame onto me for messing up our ticket dates. Horrible service, I wish I read the reviews before using this travel agency, because I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
