Bad rules, bad employees - bad experience
I accidentally double paid a credit card bill, it's now been more than 60 days and all I've gotten is the run around, misinformation and headaches. I feel my money is being looked after by a bunch of incompetents, not good. Westpac needs to improve immensely and quickly!
