Never recommend

I lodged claim for water damaged wooden floor on 6th July 2020. Actually the water burst from kitchen sink pipe but the assessor reported to Westpac that faulty refrigerator caused to damage so it can not be covered.
I am still complaining to Westpac because I can not agree.
