Pathetic is the only word
My stove blew up in July. It is now the 29th November and I still do not have a functioning stove. FOUR MONTHS LATER. The Stream Group who handle the Westpac Home claims basically told me after 3 and half months they couldn't find a supplier/fitter for the cooktop (of course they are so scarce - sarcasm intended) and that I should find one myself and give them the quote. I did that (took me about 10 minutes) and sent them everything....now it's 2 days before the installation and I have still not received any money to pay for the new cooktop. I'm now going to have to borrow money off friends/family to pay for it. What a complete joke this whole experience has been. Westpac hang your heads in shame - you are a disgrace.
