Terrible Experience - Woolworths House Insurance
Woolworths House Insurance, not recommended at all. Get another house insurance would definitely be beneficial when needed but not this (Woolworths House Insurance).
Their third party Claim Central provides as bad service as Woolworths House Insurance.
Requested a rain water damage claim in the start of February 2022 which is still in progress. The damage was very minor but after months they offered a $109 fix. Following up since then (multiple calls + a couple of emails) but its always "we will follow up and get back ASAP". The rain water damage was minor initially but has become worse because of no fixing. The electrician came after approximately 3 months to remove the ceiling lights which they have disposed without even asking me. Now my damage has become worse (too much of water leaking + mould + electric lights gone + paint ripping off) because of no in time fixing
