Pathetic, Pathetic, Pathetic - 1 Star Rating is too high!

I have Landlord Insurance with Allianz and made my first ever claim in 10 years. After several VCAT appearances we managed to evict the tenant and get hold of the property. We had to get the police involved, etc. and the place was left a mess and so much rubbish and content left behind and 6 months of unpaid rent. Allianz basically left us high and dry and only paying out 3 months rent and nothing for the repairs, cleaning or anything. The person left the fridge, torn couches, broken table, etc. behind. All appliances were broken and needed repair or replaced (beyond repair). Allianz covered nothing.
This response I got was, use the bond to fix things, etc., so that they don't cover anything and then they only paid for some of the rent! Well VCAT announced that I used the bond to cover the rent owed and with the cover I might be out 1.5 months. Though Allianz is using everything in their power to avoid any payout. Also I got this:

8. Malicious acts
(Applicable whether you have buildings and/or contents cover) We will pay for loss or damage caused by malicious acts, unless the loss or damage was caused by:
. you or your domestic helpers;
. the invitees of you or your domestic helpers; or . any person who is acting with your express or implied consent.
We will not pay for loss or damage resulting from:
a. poor housekeeping by your tenant or a member of their immediate family or your tenant's invitees; or b. your tenant or a member of their immediate family or your tenant's invitees failure to control their children or domestic pets.
We will not pay for the cost of cleaning, re-decorating, painting or wall-papering.

Is removing the fridge, dining table, chairs, couches etc. cleaning! The place couldn't be rented the way it was! The carpet was torn to the timber! This is the excuse I got!

Allianz you are really really really Poor. Pathetic. Words cannot describe this rubbish, though your ratings explain everything!
