FAMILIES BE AWARE!!!!

This company traps you in thinking you are paying a cheap price but in reality your getting looked after by a bunch of monkey. We were paying our monthly payment for a period of 11 months and more. At that time my father was extremely sick. We received a graduation letter that the policy was going to mature due to it's up and coming birthday BUT my father died instantly and we were given nothing but he did reach the full year of the maturity, we asked them " why did they bother sending us a big thank you letter " when he wasn't even covered during that time. While I was arranging the funeral Real Insurance made us run around like a pack wolves looking for documents that were relevant. Im so disappointed with there service and customer care.......they simply have NONE!!

Done waste your time with these guys they wont look after you considering that is all they preach!!!
