Con men. Terrible customer service
Con men. When my son moved overseas, I took care of his dog. But when it was time to renew, the staff advised me to change the policy to my name so it would be easier. It takes almost an hour before my calls will be answered. I made a claim and was rejected because they deemed that the previous illness to be pre-existing, and the dog was not covered because when I switched ownership on the policy, it was deemed to be a new policy.
