SWANN INSURANCE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I recently made a claim with Swann Insurance following a major motor vehicle collision. The customer service was absolutely appalling. During the claims process I felt like was being treated like a criminal rather than a paying customer.
Follow up in regards to the claim was also appalling. I was left to wait over two weeks at one point until I heard anything from them regarding the claim process and it's current progression.
I strongly feel that I was treated as if I were a lower rate customer.
