If you want to be treated badly after an accident and have some extra stress, go for it!
I had an accident and have to use a wheelchair. The company didn't provide any assistance at all! Medically a nurse had me 2h on the phone yelling at me and saying that I should be very incompetent if I can't move around on crutches (both legs injured)They refused to help me to get an earlier flight after my original one was delayed until next day - all of this knowing that I need mobility assistance (of course after a guy yelled at me and literally said "you keep quiet, you are not allowed to speak until I don't say so" They provided zero assistance and made everything go from bad to worse!!!!! Never ever again I’ll do business with them - not a single person here was respectful They rejected the case after receiving all documentation and not even inform me (no reason explained) Btw - this was all through the emergency line (that according to them take 24h to solve any case - Seriously, 24h for emergency!)

I have send several emails and so far I none of them have been replied. Also, I have made several calls without any progress ( just extremely rude people that even have try to intimidate me)
So, no Allianz have done zero to help!!!!
