Allianz travel insurance is supposed to have a 24 hour emergency support. I was a bit disappointed when I had to call them several times for filing my claim and to know the status of my claim. They also did not endorse their claims of delivery within 10 working days, but I did receive full compensation for my expenses after 3 weeks.
