Claim rejected after 4 weeks of hoop jumping

Do not buy from Allianz. It took them 4 weeks to process my claim, and the outcome? Rejected! My bag was stolen while travelling in Europe. Had my passport, sunglassess, watch, cash camera and phone in my bag. I had at least $2,000 worth of items in that bag. Their maximum reimbursement for stolen luggage was $300. They would not pay any more for the individual items despite having the receipts of the items. The customer service, not only did she not show any sympathy for my situation, she was rude and talked in a very condecending tone. Never will I buy any products from them again.
