Bad company. Read the fine print

Tried to claim my right for medical bill in indonesia. The guy from claims department said i need pay excess for $200. The hospital bill only cost $80. What a greedy company. I used other insurance companies before. It was amazing experience no excess fee for medical and hospital bills. Only pay excess if i lost item. But i thought i give it a try this so called "budget travel insurance" which turned out so disappointing. Please shop around guys. Don't even touch this company.

Thank you for your review Vincent. When taking out a Budget Direct Travel insurance policy, you are provided with the option to choose an excess of $200, $100 and $0. When claiming under certain sections listed in benefits table, you are required to pay the excess you nominated when purchasing the policy, as the first part of the claim.

My car was damage in my driveway br drunk drive at the middle of night. I have full copy of incident reports records via surveillance camera. There was also cops was during time of incident. <br/><br/

Bloody atrocious

Absolutely abysmal service, this company should be ashamed of themselves, not paying out reasonable, lawful claims. And to take nearly 9 months to reach a decision is disgusting. I will NEVER EVER EV
