• Thank you for your review Vincent. When taking out a Budget Direct Travel insurance policy, you are provided with the option to choose an excess of $200, $100 and $0. When claiming under certain sections listed in benefits table, you are required to pay the excess you nominated when purchasing the policy, as the first part of the claim.
