  • Budget Direct is a fraud. Stu, who claims to be a experienced claims officer makes his own rule as he goes along. I lost my documents and at first they tell me it is not covered because they only cover credit cards, travel documents and checks.<br/>When pointed out those went missing from a delayed bag, they again denied the claim by saying it was travel documents and should have not been in the checked in bag.<br/>When again pointed out that they were not travel documents, but other documents, they made up another lie.<br/>The crook who owns it should be put behind bars as he is a fraud allowed to operate legally in Australia. You are cheats and thief.
