Trickery with their policy wording

It is funny how few companies can trick people so easily into buying their products. Fastcover has a list of words called as “words with special meaning”. Some of the “words” create ambiguity and while claiming it is used as an instrument for not clearing the claim. Stating the true meaning of the “words” I was denied my claim because of which I faced heavy loss. I am absolutely disappointed but definitely learnt a lesson to never trust such insurance companies.
