Too many delays, I want my money back
My experience with Fastcover has been very disappointing. Before the journey, I was told that in case of any emergency the money would be refunded within 24 hrs. But it has been almost 6 months that I am following up with them for my rightful claim. Every time that I call up, I have to leave a recorded complain in their system which says that somebody will revert immediately, but to no avail. Last week, an apology letter was sent for the delay caused, but an apology won’t help. I need my money back.
