Waiting over 2 months and no way to contact them
I purchased travel insurance for $500, and my claims experience has been an absolute nightmare.
I has an injury in Europe and called their 24hr hotline, they requested for so much information about the situation but offered very little support, apart from telling me to make my way home and making a claim once I’m home.
Once home the claims progress has been a joke, the online portal doesn’t work, phone calls are not helpful and no one responds to emails.
It’s been a nightmare almost as bad as the injury itself. Would not recommend
