Horrible, dragged out and impossible to claim

We are sorry to hear that our claims process has not met your expectations. We try to resolve all claims as quickly as possible. To ensure all claims are thoroughly reviewed and fairly considered we offer a comprehensive claims review process. All initial claims are reviewed by one of our specialist claim consultants. If you feel your claim is not being handled properly or in a timely fashion you can contact a senior member of NoWorries Insurance who will review your claim. You then have a further recourse by referring the matter to Lloyd’s of London and finally if you are still unhappy you can have your claim reviewed independently at our cost.
