Had to sort it out myself
Unfortunately had to go to hospital in Canada to have capillaries in my nose quarterized. After returning home I made the claim got all the relevant information required promptly, sent it to you guys and was told that was the end of it. After that I started getting letters from debt collectors saying I still hadn't paid. I rang you guys again and was told to ignore the letters and it would be sorted out. After about four months of debt collector notices and final demand letters I rang the hospital I went to only to find out no one had contacted them about the issue. So I got the direct number of the accounts department explained what had happened, apologized for taking so long, then had to organize a time when somebody could call them from Australia with the time difference issue. Got a reference number from the accounts department then rang you guys to pass on all I had done including the time to call and the exact lady to speak to. After the the young fellow I spoke to had it sorted by the next day.
In the end the outcome was good but I don't think I should have had to deal with what I did, or have to organize pretty much everything except the final payment.
