will never pay you but will take time out of your day to give you headaches
tick travel insurance is the worst - do not pay them a cent because they will not even return a cent of your emergency EXPENSES
When making a claim this is what they will try and do:
1. provide you with the worst customer service
2. do not reply to your emails
3. make you call them back
4. will be passed onto multiple different claims officers. you will never get to speak to the same claims officer even if you ask to. I have been passed on to the call center staff (each person is very good at making your life extremely difficult, taking time out of your day to give you headaches)
5. will say they dont have your documents and make you resend all your documents again
6. will say there is no one you can speak to
7. they lie a lot. Will not do what they say.
8. In summary, they will make your life so difficult to make sure you don't go ahead with making your claim to get your money back.

Hi Vidit, I'm sorry your claim didn't have the outcome you had hoped for, but we must analyse all claims against the PDS to ensure each claim is treated fairly. I apologise that you found the claims experience to be lacking, too. I will pass on your feedback.
