very poor
Unbelievably bad company. Extremely poor customer service, they never return phone calls. They always claim that they call back with in 24 to 48 hours.
I have also been disconnected on numerous occasions after waiting over 15 minutes.
Avoid this insurance company at all cost they will rip you off.
