Thieves
We had a completely legitimate claim for delayed travel, delayed luggage and trip alteration.
Provided all the proof requested then recieved an email back saying we need more proof, so we sent more proof and then sent further proof until I gave up after the third one. They are just thieves who are underwritten by Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company they recently changed from Mapfre.
I don't know if this is because the Spanish weren't doing the job properly or what but this company Tick Travel is to be avoided, when I called them their call centre went to people who clearly speak English as a second language and they couldn't even understand what I was asking.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
