Money hungry greedy selfish
After doing the right ethical thing. Asking for a refund for failing to advise me of Visa requirementa to India. They did not send me.an email. I rock up.to the airport told by Cathay Pacific i cannot fly. I was told there was a service desk which was not true I was lied to. I asked for help and did not get any help. She said in baggage check u r responsibilty. Then the peron behind me sid can i have a ticket. She said yes. My set was the last one they took it from me.
I was going to india. To help orphan $3000 wasted. no refund offered..have u noticed this is a common oxcurance here. They tell u to go back to the carrier Cathay Pacific..Webjet pass the blame but does not care about their customers. I called up 15 hung up 5 times was harrassed by manager. Told I would get a refund. Then was lied to now i have 6 kids crying I was going there to give gifts for christmas. they have no parents.

You diserve coal this christmas. I will tell everyone. I wont stop. Untill justice.is served.
