Everything is great until you need to make a claim
We unfortunately had a luggage theft whilst on holiday in October last year.
All in all, took 15 emails and just under 3 months to finally get paid out.
They insisted on original receipts (who keeps receipts for old items!). We finally compromised on proof of prior ownership (which should have happened in the first place).
All items that we could not prove ownership (gifts etc) were not paid out.
PS you might think you have $10 000 worth of baggage cover. Ha ha - read the small print. Most items have a limit of $750.
We were already traumatised by the theft without Woolworth's insurance having to make it worse.
