Horrendous!
I've spent the past six weeks dealing with Woolworths regarding a claim for a lost camera, and it's been a terrible, aggravating experience with a company that goes out of its way not to help the customer.
I've provided all evidence and documents necessary to prove my story, but have been told straight up that I'm lying and that Woolworths won't be honouring their deal. From talking to the claims officer who refused my claim, it's obvious that she hadn't looked into my case and had no knowledge of or interest in it whatsoever.
Woolworths Insurance provides an awful, awful service and WILL NOT be there if you need them. I can only imagine what would happen if they were needed in a medical emergency - they'd probably give you the run-around for a month until you died! Don't waste a cent on this mob, they're absolutely rubbish.
