Excellent experience
My husband got dengue fever whilst in Thailand. From the moment I contacted Worldcare, they were brilliant, their advice, follow-up and support were invaluable. It is great to have an Australian to speak to and the advice from the nurse was reassuring. The claim was settled quickly, even if the paperwork to make the claim was over the top - this is the only criticism I have of the whole process. I highly recommend Worldcare and will use them again.
