Website registration process is very average
Have used AAMI before and they're not bad: claims process was good, quality of repair was good. Having said that, have never actually setup the insurance myself. Wife has new Audi A3, went to register the car through the AAMI website. What a terrible experience - was presented with a list of indistinguishable vehicles with every tiny variation of A3 listed though looking identical. No support of how to choose, no links to a vehicle selector. Had to go backwards and forwards with dealer. It is not their fault that there are so many variants, though the way they handle it is very unhelpful.
