Satisfied

I've had good experiences with AAMI,I love that when I call AAMI, I don't go through a long and confusing set of automated questions. Rather, my call is answered by a person who directs me to exactly the right place. Then, there aren't even long hold times! I'd rather deal with a person and be heard by my service provider, than speak to a machine who doesn't understand.
