Easy to deal with
AAMI was easy to deal with when I had my first not my fault car accident, I was not injured but I was very shocked and didn't know what to do, they explained everything to me even giving me step by step eg. reporting to police - they provided quick responses to all my calls and seemed to know exactly what they are dealing with. For the past 2 years the value for money is going up quite a bit since the value of my car is under $5000 but still paying $60 per month in insurance though no claims where I was at fault, may be looking for a more competitive rate soon
