previously a great insurer

6 months ago I would have given them a 10 for service. my last experience with them has not been the best although it was mostly a fault of the repairers. after months of wait tho, AAMI did give me the okay to get my fix up job done else where. which made me very happy. I was upset at the amount of time this took, but generally AAMI has great service and communication. out of 4 claims in my life time with AAMI (not all my accidents) this is the only time I have ever had a issue with them. so all in all, they are great.
